We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, prices, photographic representations and descriptions of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the appearances, colours, textures or finishes of our products that appear on the website. What you see will depend on your monitor and computer equipment, we are therefore unable to guarantee that the product images are an accurate representation of the actual merchandise. Please refer to our Returns Policy if you are unhappy with your purchase.
We will not be liable for any reason if anthonyryans.com is unavailable at any time or for any period. From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts of or the entire anthonyryans.com website. We reserve the right to withdraw any product from the website without any prior notification. We also reserve the right to amend prices of products without prior notification.
All orders that you place on this website will be subject to acceptance in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
Non-acceptance of your order may be due to any one or more of the following non-exhaustive reasons:
- The product you ordered is out of stock
- Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment
- We have identified a pricing or product description error
- There is a system or procurement failure; and failed customer validation checks
When you place an order on our website we will email you an acknowledgement detailing the product you have ordered. This email is not an order confirmation or order acceptance. Acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and Anthony Ryan’s will take place when your order has been dispatched. We will email you when your order has been dispatched. We reserve the right to dispatch multiple orders separately. All products are subject to availability. Our display of products on our website is an invitation and not an offer to sell those goods to you. An offer is made when you place the order for your products. If products that you order are out of stock, subject to a delay or the price is higher than that shown on your order, we will try to contact you at the email address you provided when placing your order. If we cannot contact you or receive no response to our email, we will continue to process any remaining products on your order. We will not supply a replacement product without your authorisation
Click & Collect
We offer an option to collect in store on all orders. Payment is taken at the time of the order being made. This option waives the shipping fee where applicable and you can collect it in store at your leisure. For collect in store orders please await an email update notifying you that your order is ready before you come instore to collect. Failure to await this email update means that you may arrive instore to collect before your order is ready, resulting in a delay. All In-Store Collection orders are to be collected from Ryans Homestore 7 Lombard Street Galway. Please present your order confirmation printed or on a smart device at any till point. Photographic identification must also be presented when collecting goods; we will accept a driver’s license or passport.
All Gift Cards will be posted free of charge unless express delivery is selected at an additional charge of €5.00. We offer free shipping on orders of €49 or more in Ireland. Orders below this amount will incur a shipping charge of €5 for Ireland all 32 counties. Orders shipped to the UK will incur an automatic flat rate shipping charge of €7. Please note there is no free shipping threshold for shipments outside of Ireland. Orders to mainland Europe start at €20.00 and can be more as they are shipped by weight. Please contact us for an up to date shipping quote. We use a combination of shipping agents An Post, DPD & Fastway. You will receive a shipping confirmation email on the day of dispatch along with an email with tracking details from the relevant shipping agent. From the day of dispatch shipping is usually next day delivery for Irish deliveries although this is dependant of the courier’s workload and the time of the year. Please allow 3 - 5 days to receive your order and longer at peak times such as Christmas or Sale times. Orders being shipped abroad will take longer to receive. Delivery can take up to 10 days to European countries and 20 days for Rest of World. Please be aware you must make an effort to meet or make delivery arrangements with couriers. Back Orders - If your item is not in stock, we will notify you immediately by phone or email and backorder the item for you if you wish to proceed. You will always have the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. Anthony Ryan’s will make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales. However, delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors or events outside our control, for example extreme weather, a flood or fire. Anthony Ryans shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales. All claims for delivery shortages and damages must be reported. Please ensure that you inspect all purchases within 24 hours of accepting delivery and report any damages via email to [email protected]. Risk of loss and damage of products passes to you on the date when the products are delivered to you. You may receive your order in separate packages, from the same order.
