All Gift Cards will be posted free of charge.
We offer free shipping on orders of €50 or more in Ireland. Orders below this amount will incur a shipping charge of €5 for Ireland 32 counties. Orders shipped to the UK will incur an automatic shipping charge of €7. Please note there is no free shipping threshold for shipments outside of Ireland. Orders to mainland Europe cost more as they are shipped by weight. Please contact us for an up to date shipping quote.
We use a combination of shipping agents such as An Post, DPD & Fastway. You will receive a shipping confirmation email on the day of dispatch along with an email with tracking details from the relevant shipping agent. From the day of dispatch shipping is usually next day delivery for Irish deliveries although this is dependant of the courier’s workload and the time of the year. Please allow 3 - 5 days to receive your order at peak times such as Christmas. Orders being shipped abroad may take longer.
Delivery can take up to 10 days to European countries and 20 days for Rest of World.
All claims for delivery shortages and damages must be reported. Please ensure that you inspect all purchases within 24 hours of accepting delivery and report any damages via email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Back Orders - If your item is not in stock, we will notify you immediately and backorder the item for you. You will always have the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. A confirmation will be sent to you when the item is back in stock and shipped.
We offer an option to collect in store on all orders. This option waives the shipping fee where applicable and you can collect it in store at your leisure. For collect in store orders please await an email update from the system notifying you that your order is ready before you come instore to collect. Failure to await this email update means that you may come instore to collect before your order is ready resulting in a delay. At Ryans, we want all our customers to be completely satisfied. If for any reason, your unworn/unused garment or product does not meet with your expectations, we will gladly exchange or give a credit note within 14 days.
In the unlikely event that you will need to return your purchase, please keep your receipt as this will speed up the transaction. Items without proof of purchase will be exchanged at current selling prices.
We respectfully ask customers to return garments and products with the original packaging and sale tickets attached.
The above exchange policy does not apply to reduced priced items. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Anthony Ryans Ltd. Online Returns Policy
We want you to be 100% satisfied with any purchase order placed with us. Therefore if you wish to return an item you purchased online for whatever reason you may contact us by email at email@example.com within 14 days of receipt of goods stating the reason for return.
Goods can be returned for a full refund if they are faulty or if the wrong item has been dispatched.
If the goods have been dispatched as ordered, they can be returned for a refund, for the cost of the goods, less any delivery charge incurred. Please note the cost of returning the unwanted goods is at your expense. Please note that if items are returned you should ask for proof of postage from your post office as we reserve the right to refuse a refund if an item is lost whilst being returned.
All returns must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused and still have their original packaging and labeling attached. Nothing in these conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
The card used for the purchase will be credited with the refund.

WASTE ELECTRICAL AND ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT (WEEE)
The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive requires producers to be responsible for the financing of the treatment, recovery and environmentally sound disposal of WEEE from 13 August 2005. It means that final users of such household WEEE are entitled to leave that waste back free of charge, either to retail outlets in instances where a replacement item is purchased, or other authorised collection points, including local authority civic amenity sites, from that date onwards.
As in line with the Environmental Production Agency (EPA), you can bring back waste EEE (WEEE) to Anthony Ryans free of charge. Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) is taken back free of charge on a one-for-one, like-for-like basis. Anthony Ryans WEE Number is IE867.
Returns & Collection: Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) is taken back free of charge on a one-for-one, like-for-like basis. Each local authority must also accept household WEEE and small batteries free of charge at its recycling facilities. All WEEE must be recycled and should not be placed in any of your household wheelie bins. Make sure you always recycle all your old electrical goods and batteries.
