You will be responsible for any cost incurred or risk in returning products. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the products while they are in your possession and you will be responsible for any diminished value of the items resulting from the handling of the items beyond that necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Exceptions To Right Of Withdrawal:
The right of withdrawal does not apply in certain circumstances. We have set out below those exceptions most likely to apply to purchases from the website:
Contracts for the supply of products that are made to order, on the basis of your individual choice or decision (e.g. bespoke curtains, blinds);
Contracts for the supply of products that are clearly personalised;
Contracts for the supply of sealed products that are not suitable for return for health protection and hygiene reasons, and which have been unsealed following delivery;
Contracts for products that are purchased in store.
